| Our residents’ survey is now open and it’s your chance to have your say on where you live, our services and some important changes to our waste and recycling collections.
A change in the law means from March 2026 we must provide a weekly food waste collection. We are currently preparing for this change and would like your views to help us design the service.
In the survey you will be asked how likely you are to use the service and what we can do to make it easier for you to reduce and recycle your food waste.
Other questions in the survey ask what you think about the services we provide, your views on any recent contact you have had with us and what you think about our website.
The survey should take at most 15 minutes to complete. If you don’t have time to complete it now, you can save your progress and come back to it later.
As a thank you for taking part, at the end you will have the chance to enter a free prize draw to win £100 to spend with an independent local business of your choice.
