Notice is hereby given that an Ordinary Meeting of Tibberton Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 6th September 2022 at 19:30 hours in Tibberton Parish Hall when the business set out in the agenda below will be transacted. You are respectfully summoned to attend the meeting

• Members of the public who would prefer to attend remotely via Microsoft Teams to email the Clerk (email address above) by 12 noon on Monday 5th September 2022; a meeting invite will then be emailed in due course.

a. Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests
b. To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in items on the agenda and their nature
c. To declare any Other Disclosable Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
Councillors who have declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, or an Other Disclosable Interest, which falls with the terms of paragraph 12(4)(b) of the Code of Conduct and who have not been granted a Dispensation, must leave the room for the relevant items.
Failure to register or declare a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest may result in the commission of a criminal offence.
3 To Consider Written Requests from Councillors for the Council to Grant a Dispensation (S33 of the Localism Act 2011). Written requests for the granting of a dispensation to be made to the Clerk in advance of the meeting.

The next ordinary meeting of Tibberton Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 4th October 2022 at 7:30pm in Tibberton Parish Hall. Members of the public and press are cordially invited to be present at the above meeting
In view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, the public and press will be excluded pursuant to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. The reason being matters related to legal advice in relation to the leasing of Tibberton Village Hall.
17 Proposal: to approve any amendments to the lease (to be offered to Tibberton Community Land Trust Ltd) which have been recommended by Wychavon District Council and to authorise the Clerk to obtain final approval from the VAT specialist. Subject to the VAT specialist being content with the proposed lease then the Clerk is authorised to instruct the Parish Council’s solicitor to communicate Tibberton Parish Council’s offer to Tibberton Community Land Trust.
