Notice is hereby given that an Ordinary Meeting of Tibberton Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 1st November 2022 at 19:30 hours in Tibberton Parish Hall when the business set out in the agenda below will be transacted. You are respectfully summoned to attend the meeting.

2 Declarations of Interest
a. Register of Interests: Councilors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests
b. To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in items on the agenda and their nature
c. To declare any Other Disclosable Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
Councillors who have declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, or an Other Disclosable Interest, which falls with the terms of paragraph 12(4)(b) of the Code of Conduct and who have not been granted a Dispensation, must leave the room for the relevant items. Failure to register or declare a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest may result in the commission of a criminal offence.
3 To Consider Written Requests from Councillors for the Council to Grant a Dispensation (S33 of the Localism Act 2011).

Proposal: Tibberton Parish Council formally adopts the minutes of the Extra Ordinary Meeting of Tibberton Parish Council held on 11th October 2022.

9 Highways and Byways
To receive reports of highways (roads & pavements) & byways (bridleways and footpaths) matters from Members, Parish Paths Warden, and the Clerk

10 White Gates
Proposal: that Tibberton Parish Council accedes to the wording of the indemnity Worcestershire County Council Highways requires in relation to the erecting and siting of the white gates
Proposal: that Tibberton Parish Council approves provision of white gates (within the highway verge) at entrances to the village
Proposal: to approve that an order be raised for the purchase of white gates
Proposal: Tibberton Parish Council is grateful to County Councillor Marc Bayliss for meeting the cost of purchasing the white gates via his County Council Divisional Fund.
11 Tibberton Village Hall (New)
a) To note progress with the lease issued to Tibberton Community Land Trust
b) Proposal: to determine a winter heating regime until such time as the hall is leased
c) Proposal: to determine matters related to obtaining a tender for a landscaping contract at the hall.

Proposal: In view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted the public and press will be excluded pursuant to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the reason being matters raised by the Clerk in relation to employment issues.
