Notice is hereby given that an Extra Ordinary Meeting of Tibberton Parish Council will be held on Thursday 18th August 2022 at 19:30 hours in Tibberton Parish Hall when the business set out in the agenda below will be transacted. You are respectfully summoned to attend the meeting.

• Members of the public who would prefer to attend remotely via Microsoft Teams to email the Clerk (email address above) by 12 noon on Tuesday 16th August 2022; a meeting invite will then be emailed in due course.
• Members of the public who attend the meeting in person are advised of the need to follow current advice re Covid precautions provided by HM Government.
Please note the planning application for Plough Meadow has not yet been validated by Wychavon District Council therefore the matter is not included on this agenda as the planning documents are not yet available.

1 To Consider any Apologies for Absence
2 Notification of Declarations of Interest for the meeting
a. Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests
b. To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in items on the agenda and their nature
c. To declare any Other Disclosable Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
Councillors who have declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, or an Other Disclosable Interest, which falls with the terms of paragraph 12(4)(b) of the Code of Conduct and who have not been granted a Dispensation, must leave the meeting for the relevant items.
Failure to register or declare a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest may result in the commission of a criminal offence.
3 Submission of Written Requests from Councillors for the Council to Grant a Dispensation (S33 of the Localism Act 2011). Written requests for the granting of a dispensation to be made to the Clerk in advance of the meeting.

Proposal: To resolve what action Council wishes to take in relation to requests for further representations concerning this planning appeal (all representations must be received by 30th August 2022 and must quote the appeal reference).
5 Asset of Community Value Proposal: to determine a response to Wychavon District Council’s request for information in relation to the current community use of Plough Meadow and community use in the recent past (community in this instance referring to organised events, not use by individuals).

The next ordinary Meeting of Tibberton Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 6th September 2022 at 7.30pm in Tibberton Parish Hall.
Members of the public and press are cordially invited to be present at the above meeting
In view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, the public and press will be excluded pursuant to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960. The reason being matters related to legal advice in relation to the leasing of Tibberton Village Hall.
7 Proposal: to approve and agree the wording of a lease to be offered to Tibberton Community Land Trust Ltd in relation to Tibberton Village Hall.
