Re. Consultation on our proposed redevelopment of Sixways.
The project team behind plans for the renewal of the Worcester Warriors’ Sixways Stadium and redevelopment
of the surrounding area invite you to a community drop-in session to learn more about the proposals. It will be
your opportunity to ask questions and share your thoughts on the project.
Worcester Warriors are pleased to have formally submitted its application to the Rugby Football Union (RFU)
to join the new Tier 2. To support the return of Worcester Warriors to professional, elite level rugby, we plan
to enhance the existing facilities by redeveloping Sixways Stadium and the surrounding area, to create a
destination for sport, entertainment, health, and wellbeing.
At the heart of the proposals is the redevelopment of the north stand at Sixways to enhance the matchday
experience. The proposals for the surrounding area will also include a medical and sports rehabilitation centre,
a new hotel, a multifunctional events venue and a national esports hub.
We aim to submit a planning application on our proposals to Wychavon District Council in December 2024.
Before we do, we want to hear from Warriors fans and local residents to ensure our proposals meet your aspirations
for the future of the club and Worcestershire. You can find out more by attending our community event:

and includes an online survey.
